Love these boots. Great quality, highly recommend them. Haven’t taken them off since i hot tem on Momday. The only issue I’mhaving is the right boot drawstring won’t lock properly and my boot keeps coming loose. I’ll figure a way around it. Not a design flaw, just think its this one boot. Left one works great.

Really comfortable-break in took about 2 hours. Speed lace system works really well, and the boots and soles have great grip and bumper type build ups in all the right places.

Overall they're good boots, almost perfect but have some tweaks to make before they’re worth the price. We can all admit they’re a bit on the pricier side.
The laces actually burst on me the first time I put them on. I’ll give BP’s customer service a 5 out of 5 though because I emailed them and they corrected the issue immediately. But just like some other reviews I’ve seen, the clamp used to tighten the laces just doesn’t hold up throughout the day and continuously loosens up as you walk. Which is annoying when you have to regularly tighten them up during your shift.
My other issue is the comfort, you’d think at this price point they’d use some sort of basic padded insole (OrthoLites, Superfeet, Currex, etc are all basic insoles that come standard in other brand boos). They’re not bad to drive around and do basic things in. But I got into a foot chase wearing these and it felt like my feet and toes were bouncing around a plastic shoe. Also these come in a wide toe box so as far as I’m aware, there’s no need to size up. There’s plenty of room that comes standard, which is a huge plus for those of us that struggle finding wide enough boots.
Honestly the shoe itself is well built, sturdy and shows no sign of fraying or glued pieces falling apart. And obviously this is all just my personal opinion.. but the shoe is so close to beating out the big competitor that starts with S lol also it would be great to see a water proof goretex version one day and or a darker tan/brown…

You can tell the heart and work that has gone into making these boots. They are my everyday wear boots now and I use them for swat as well. No squeaks, wide toe box. No more guessing or getting half sizes. They are super comfortable and superior to anything Merrell, Solomon, Lowa or others have produced. Buy them now, you'll thank them later!
