    I ordered the wrong size. I was outside of the time frame to return or exchange my shoes. I emailed Born Primitive asking them to make an exception because of the circumstances I missed the window. They made an exception, I was able to exchange my shoes. Excellent customer service. As for the shoes themselves, these are very high quality. The soul is thicker than I thought they would be and they grip like crazy. love these shoes. I couldn't be happier. Out of all the shoes I have tried over the years, these are my favorite

    I was hesitant to do the high top, but I’m glad I did. It gives alot of stability but is still breathable and there’s no inhibition of movement. Would buy again.
