Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      Pretty good

      Material is soft and packs really well. I have limited space in my work bag so I have to reuse workout clothes. Managed to get three workouts in it before I noticed any smell. The fit is pretty good but the bottom material rides up a little when doing overhead work/burpees.

      This was my second training tee purchase. I realized after purchasing the first tee in a XXL that although my chest size falls in XXL range, you need to go a size below to really get form fitting. I’m wearing both tees regularly for both workouts and casual wear. These are great at wicking moisture, sturdy construction, and really comfortable. I’m very happy with these purchases!
