FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      Excellent Knee Protection!

      Comfortable, Flexible, Durable, and performs as designed. Could be a tad larger as they do shift in the knee pad holder. Just wished installation of the pad could be from the outside, not inside the trouser.

      I wear them for work

      I'm a paramedic, and I wear these to work everyday. You'd be amazed how much of our work happens on the ground.

      Let's just say that these things paid for themselves after the first time wearing them through a 45 minute cardiac arrest resuscitation, where I did chest compression, and intubated a patient, while on a concrete floor.
