FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

      I’ve had this tee for about three years now, and it has held up really well. It’s a great black basic with a fun, motivating design that makes it stand out.

      The “Iron Savage” graphic is such a fun reminder of the strength and confidence that comes with lifting. I love the message on the back: “The only one stopping you is you,” - very motivational message. The American flag detail on the sleeve is also a great finishing touch and adds to the strong, athletic feel.

      I love wearing this for workouts because it reminds me that I’m strong, capable, and can lift heavy. It’s comfortable, durable, and has become a favorite training piece over the years.
