First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    Great workout sneakers.

    I really like these sneakers for the gym. They are very light and comfortable. Took a few times to get used to them though as they have a somewhat hard sole. I was coming from a pair of Hoka sneakers. Something to keep in mind if you have a sneaker with a lot of cushion. They grip well on the rubber floor and have a nice flex to them. Not sure how they would be for running or long walks? I used the sizing app and glad I did! I normally take an 11. The app measured me at an 11.5. I did it twice and glad I did as they run a bit small. I had to return the first pair as a size 7 somehow got sent to me. There was no problem with the return, very easy.
