First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Updated with a polyester fabric, the original wide toe box, cushioned rebound midsole, and multi-directional traction work together to keep you locked in and grounded through whatever your workout throws at you.

- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping⁠. The total thickness of the shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot

    They run slightly smaller than I’m used to. Size 14 is a little tight. Overall the quality is very good. For a larger guy 250lb these mesh type shoes fall apart very quickly. But these are built with far more rugged material so I expect them to last a lot longer. I would recommend them.
