First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

Updated with a polyester fabric, the original wide toe box, cushioned rebound midsole, and multi-directional traction work together to keep you locked in and grounded through whatever your workout throws at you.

    These shoes were comfortable on day 1 of a 12 hour hospital shift! They felt a little stiff but are surprisingly comfortable. I wear 8.5 and this size fit perfectly!

    I wear a 10 had to order an 11 and the laces barely tie. The more I wear the more comfortable they are becoming. Good support for CrossFit.
