FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    My most favorite training shoe by far

    These are my absolute favorite training shoe not just for CrossFit but for everything! These are my go to shoes in the gym (even on short running days), also work great for mountain biking, hiking, and everyday wear. I've tried most other CrossFit shoes on the market and these beat every single one by a landslide. Wide, but not too wide. Flat, but flexible. Extremely comfortable. 10/10

    Look good

    I have the first gen of these shoes. Comparatively, these new ones are stiffer out of the box and a little warmer because of the different material. It also seems like they’re a little bit smaller but still comfy and great quality.
