Measure around your rib cage just under your bust. Round down to the closest inch. This is your rib cage measurement, which you’ll need to figure out your band and cup size.

FIGURE OUT YOUR CUP SIZE - THIS IS A 2-STEP PROCESS:

First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

Now, subtract your rib cage measurement (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 3). The difference in inches is your suggested cup size. If you’re between sizes, round up.

    I've always stuck to another brand because of comfort and familiarity, but this print popped up on my social media, and I fell in love with it. I wore it for a 4th of July fun run and they are now my 1st pick when heading out for a run. I sized up from my normal s/m and the large fit great. No sliding down in the waist. No riding up the thighs. Perfection!

    Material got damaged easy

    I ruck and wore my shorts for the first time. The belt is make by nylon not anything scratchy and not velco and it made the areas it touched fuzzy which I am pretty dissapointed in

    The fit was great the feel of the material is nice and overall good. just thought it would hold up better than wearing only one time
