First, measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your bust measurement.

- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping⁠. The total thickness of the shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot

    Wow! I love these shoes!

    What a great pair of shoes for CrossFit. They are making all the difference. No more banging my toes when doing burpees. No more fighting a forward lean when doing fronts squats and cleans due to forward sloping shoes. And the toe room! Just awesome! Plus - they are cute!

    My go to trainer for CrossFit or strength training. I have other brands that are not as good a fit for me. The zero lift works, I like the feel of the floor under the toes. Toe box is not too wide as other workout shoes can be.

    My shoe is a 9 1/2 med , but need a 10 in the sneaker.

    Second pair!!

    These are my all around workout shoe. Whether I’m lifting, playing Pickleball or running, I do it all in these shoes. I used to run in another well known brand, but since I started using these, I have not purchased the other brand in 2 years.

    They are light enough and support my feet when I run, which is ideal because I do have two heal spurs. They are flat enough for big lifts in the gym and quick moves when doing speed work. I like that these shoes are really sturdy and do not loose their form or comfort.

    I even bought the classics to wear any other time.
