- Dual density molded footbed with 4mm drop. The density at the heel is for heavy lifting stability and the softer area at the forefoot is for cushioning while running and jumping⁠. The total thickness of the shoe at the heel is 21mm and 17mm at the forefoot

    This is my second pair of the Savage 1’s! I love these shoes! I wear them to lift/train 5 days a week. These have just enough of a sole to be comfortable, but still give good connection to the ground. Bonus that the colors are super cute!

    First Born Primitive Shoes

    I’ve wanted to try these shoes for HIIT workouts. I do not have much arch. After wearing at home for an hour, my left heel felt sore/bruised. I tried them for a workout, using inserts, and they were OK. I will continue to try to work into using the shoes more often. Going up a half size, as advised, was the best fit.
